ORDER INFORMATION

When will my order be shipped ?

Our usual shipping time is 2 to 4 business days once payment is completed.

After how many days will I receive my order ?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days once shipped from our end however, sometimes it may be more depending on the location.

What if the item I receive is not as described ?

We have a 3 day return policy with respect to product not being as described, part missing or if you received non-working or damaged product. Customers have to inform us within 3 days of receipt of the product about any issue with the product. Please note different category of products have different terms and conditions for returns. Once we receive all the information about the product after that depending on case to case basis we decide if the customer will be eligible for a replacement or refund. Shipment

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER OF MY ORDER ?

Once we ship the item you will be auto notified about the same via email.

What if there is a delay from the courier side in delivering my order ?

We do have an escalation process for the same. If you have not received order within the maximum time limit of delivery process then please email us with your tracking id and order number and we will look into the same.

What if I miss the delivery of my order ?

The courier team usually tries to deliver again next day. You can check your SMS for the same for details.

Can I open the package and check the item and contents before accepting the delivery ?

As per ours & Courier Company’s policy you cannot open the package before accepting the delivery.However, once you accept the delivery you can open the package and inform us about issues if any.
